Based on community feedback, a protocol buyout has been arranged in place of the planned airdrop. To ensure fairness, it made the most sense to opt for a buyout at a set rate, avoiding price slippage and securing a more favorable outcome for holders. 🔹 Buyout Rate: $0.00015 per $WASAO 🔹 Rate set based on: DEX USD price at the time of the Sunset announcement and multisig sell order 🔹 What this means for you: If you sent in tokens, you have received USDC equal to your WASAO holdings at the set price This approach ensures everyone receives the same rate and avoids the price impact that would have occurred if tokens were sold into the pool. It’s more than the average holder would have received selling independently. While the Wasao project didn’t reach its full potential, we remain optimistic about what’s ahead and are glad to have provided a resolution that respects the community.
