We are saddened to hear about the passing of award-winning writer Howard Fendrich. Howard was the ultimate professional and positively impacted the entire media room and everyone at the organization that he encountered. Howard will be greatly missed by everyone who had the honor and privilege to know him. On behalf of the entire Commanders organization, we want to extend our condolences to the Fendrich family and all who knew and loved him.

Per @pfref: In today’s victory, LB Bobby Wagner became the third player in NFL history to eclipse 2,000 career tackles. He joined Ray Lewis and London Fletcher as the only others to eclipse the 2K tackle mark.

On the final drive of the first half, WR Terry McLaurin moved passed Bobby Mitchell (70) for No. 3 all-time in career receptions in franchise history against the Philadelphia Eagles. McLaurin also passed Gary Clark (1,014) for No. 4 all-time in career receiving yards in franchise history against Philly.

WR Terry McLaurin has recorded his 68th career reception against the Philadelphia Eagles. He has passed Pierre Garcon (67) and Pat Tilley (67) for No. 10 all-time in NFL history in reception against Philadelphia.
