Welcome to WatchSethBuild. A few years ago I decided I wanted something different for my family. More freedom. More control over my time. The ability to build something that was truly ours. Today I run a liquidation and reselling business, but I'm still very much in the middle of the journey. My current goal is simple: Grow from $5,000/month to $10,000/month in profit. I'm going to document the entire process here. The wins. The losses. The good buys. The bad buys. The systems I'm building. The mistakes that cost me money. The lessons I wish someone had taught me sooner. I'm no guru. I live with my means. And absolutely No pretending I've got it all figured out. Just one guy trying to build a better life for his family—one pallet, one listing, and one lesson at a time. If you're building something too, I hope you'll follow along. #WatchSethBuild

Seth @WatchSethBuild didn't plan on becoming a full-time reseller. He started flipping tools at 14 just to afford a pair of Jordans. After a 25-year career in the agricultural industry, he returned to reselling through liquidation pallets. When he was unexpectedly laid off, he and his wife made the decision to go all in on reselling. Today, Seth earns around $4K to $5K per month building a business of his own while supporting his family. Follow me @ShannonJean for more unconventional stories like this.

@ShamsETubriz @ShannonJean Thanks for the support Shams! The wins can be big, but painstakingly slow. I may have to have you teach me live selling…I’ve been lurking the Reseller Mastermind live seller.

Original repair estimate for my truck: $28K Once they took it all apart: $49K Didn't take long to get the call from the insurance company: Total Loss I can't get this color anymore (which I love). That opens up a lot of options. What kind of truck or big SUV should I get?
Shannon Jean@ShannonJean

Protect your family. Get a big vehicle. We got rear ended today at 45mph. Slammed into the vehicle in front of us. Everyone is ok. Our truck took the hit like a champ. The other cars, not so much.

Guy comes to pickup a $25 pressure washer accessory…. I paid $4 for it…. My garage was opened…. It pulled him in quicker than a woman…. He asked if everything was for sale..: I told him if it’s not bolted down everything is for sale at the right price.., His mind was blown…. He calls his mom…. Leaves with a Blackstone Grill…. He also made a list because he thinks his mom may want to shop in my garage…: This all started with a $25 item…. #reseller

I'm not a big racing fan, something about driving in a circle isn't to exciting, but if they do a figure 8 then it becomes a different story. These cars are stock motors, this class is not allowed to modify. The modified devision is about twice as fast and load!

@Woodscrapers The dreaded E02 error! Not sure why they didn't stress test the software and hardware interaction. The sensitivity is to strict on a sensor that tell the board its leaking and does a complete shut-down.

This Brio 740 had a cut power cord. I had a parts machine, so I swapped the cord, tested it, and now it can be listed instead of sitting around broken. Nothing exciting. Just turning something I already had into something I can sell. Follow @WatchSethBuild to see how I build Annex Supply Co.

Want a free masterclass in live selling? Watch someone who's already winning. Yesterday I got a behind-the-scenes look at @kip_roland and @ShannonJean's live selling show. As someone who's still a beginner, I found it eye-opening. I wasn't just watching products sell. I was studying everything. How Kip built hype. The words he used. When he raised the energy. How he reacted to the chat. How he created urgency without forcing it. By the end, I was mentally exhausted. Just watching that level of energy made me tired, and I was fighting to stay awake on the drive home. One thing became crystal clear: Live selling is a skill. And like any skill, it can be learned. I still believe we're early. If you've been thinking about giving live selling a shot, now is a great time to start. It could become another stream of income—and you might end up enjoying it more than you expect. Follow along @ShamsETubriz as I build my live-selling and reselling business from the ground up.

The truck earned its keep yesterday. $700 gross. $215 in fuel. $485 left. Ten hours of work. Would I rather spend 10 hours buying, listing, and selling? Absolutely. But while I've got cash tied up in slow-moving inventory, the truck can help fund the business. That's where I'm at right now. Sorry I didn't get any pics or video of the install, for sure next time.

Didn't make it to the post office today. Not because I was busy... Because I had the opportunity to be at the warehouse helping Shannon and Keep Rolling get set up for what turned into an absolutely insane live show. The orders can wait one more day. Being here and learning firsthand was worth every minute.

Some days the work is making sales. Some days the work is creating more chances to make them. Yesterday I spent $290 to list my Isuzu box truck on TruckPaper. It's not a small expense, but it only takes one buyer. I also met with an interior designer and home staging company. The plan is to use my truck to help move furniture and décor for staging projects when they need it. It's not a full-time gig, but it keeps the truck working, brings in a little extra cash, and starts building a relationship that could lead to more opportunities down the road. Back at home, I reworked my Brio water cooler listings. My goal was to sell all four yesterday. That didn't happen, but the updated listings got a lot more attention than before. Hopefully those views turn into buyers today. No big win to report. Just another day of trying to put more lines in the water. What are you working on today that'll pay off a week or a month from now? Follow @WatchSethBuild to see how I build Annex Supply Co.

I've only done a handful of live streams so far, but messages like these make every late night worth it. One person asked when my next show was. Another said they already can't wait to come back after their first snack box. I'm still learning, still improving, but knowing people enjoyed the experience enough to return is an incredible feeling. This is bigger than just selling snacks.

Sunrise on the Amazon this morning. This trip has reminded me of something I’ve been thinking about a lot lately. We’ve spent the week in churches, going door-to-door sharing the gospel, and telling kids about Jesus. This is the stuff that really matters. It’s also reminded me why I’m working to build a business back home. I want to create margin. Margin to be generous. Margin to support missions. Margin to take a week off and come to the Amazon. Margin to say “yes” when God opens a door instead of wondering if I can afford to walk through it. Don’t get me wrong. I love business. I think building businesses, creating value, and making a profit are good things. But for me, that’s not the finish line. It’s the fuel on the fire. The business creates the margin. The margin funds the mission. Anyway… just some thoughts watching the sun come up over the Amazon.
