@SixPathsRay No it wouldn’t. That arm is a detachable one that Naruto can remove anytime to replace with a ninja tech arm, it’s not even a part of his own body plus he’s already awakened Rinnegan from the source itself (Hagoromo), if that didn’t awaken both, neither would some arm.

Sasuke could have awakened the Rinnegan in his right eye if he had received the prosthetic arm btw But since he didn't, he will remain with no Rinnegan for the rest of his life
