@WaterPlusUK Additionally, according to Grok, billing for a service which has not been provided could be considered as fraud. As Water Plus are fully aware that these invoices are for a supply we are not responsible for, it would appear this is clearly the case. @ccw

@WaterPlusUK @LymmAFC I believe we are now at what is known as and impass, where you are prepared to do no more but still expect us to pay for somebody else's water! It's now back with the Consumer Council for Water to resolve and claim compensation for our lost days sorting a problem of your making.

@LymmAFC @WaterPlusUK I thought we had problems at 1 1/2 years! Hopefully you got yours sorted although it's like herding cats dealing with Water Plus. We are unconnected with the property we are billed for but trying to find who is actually responsible is clearly more difficult than random bills!
