Iran is not being attacked because it violates human rights (its attackers are serial violators who don’t give a damn about human rights). It’s being attacked because it dared to defend the human rights of the Palestinian people from the ongoing Israeli genocide- the only recognized state to have done so. And it’s not being attacked for having nuclear weapons, but rather because it does not have nuclear weapons. There is no way to put lipstick on the pig of US-Israeli aggression, try as they may.

It's so telling that no one in Washignton is even discussing whether to use American or Israeli ground troops. It's just assumed that Israeli lives are too precious and that obviously it has to be Americans who die for this war. And then they tell us they don't work for Israel.

Wealth inequality has never been so bad. While 60% live paycheck to paycheck, 938 billionaires got $1.5T richer in 2025. Justice Brandeis was right: "We can have democracy in this country, or we can have great wealth concentrated in the hands of a few, but we can't have both."
