Waterside Kitchen's Head Chef Tom loves to cook up a storm with some great dishes in the evenings. Here is one of tonight’s evening dinner mains... Rare breed pork T-bone, native chorizo patatas bravas, seared Caesar gem lettuce, Brava aioli, chive & lemon thyme butter.

The re-opening of the Waterside Café has been delayed to Monday 14th September to put in place extra COVID 19 precautions. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. The Waterside would like to make sure we’re in the best conditions before opening our doors to you on Monday!
