We've got 9 work experience students joining us for a week next term. I'd love to offer them an opportunity to experience being a Headteacher for part of this. What could I offer to provide something fun and valuable?

First Ofsted as a Headteacher done:
A very fair, thorough and intense experience.
We had a kind, inquisitive and approachable inspection team who seemed to really care about the staff and the school.
There was recognition and empathy that we're a week from Christmas.

Congratulations to our fabulous Diabetes Team who won the 'Type 1 Specialist Service Award' at the #QiCDiabetes Awards last week! The team were recognised for 'Dinkybetes' a clinic designed specifically for under 7s with support from @LDShospcharity @DigiBeteUK

Very grateful to the NHS this weekend when we realised half way to Wales that we only had 20units of insulin left in the pump and no spare pump carts. Managed to go to a pharmacy and get emergency insulin to get us through the weekend #thankyouNHS #Type1Diabetes 💙

Facebook reminded me that 14 years ago today I thanked Chuck Norris at the end of my dissertation. My dissertation supervisor did spot that. He failed to spot the letters and spaces typed out in white to boost my word count though
