Last night was prayer shawl night! These ladies have made over 500 shawls to comfort people going through hard times. Here's to many more!

Our youth are fantastic! This Sunday they bagged over 60 meals for Ronald McDonald House. These meals will help families with children in the hospital by giving them something convenient to eat.

Our middle and high schoolers are going back to school after all these snow days. Sunday School! Starting this Sunday we will have Sunday School for our older students.

Our 3rd-5th grade youth group is going to take the donations our wonderful congregation has given to the food pantry. It should be a blast tonight!

Every week, our administrative assistant folds about 120 bulletins for the Sunday services. It takes less time than you would expect, but she usually has a few new paper cuts by the end!

This week we continue our journey through Rob Fuquay’s Which Way, Lord?, a fantastic study we started 3 weeks ago. Join us this Sunday as Pastor Jamie gives a message titled “Dealing with Detours.”

Last night we served chicken and noodles at our first gathering of The Table of the year. This ministry strives to serve a meal each month to Waukee families in need. As we enter the second year of this ministry, we are excited to see how it will grow!

With the snowy weather, we've had to cancel some events tonight. KoG is won't be meeting, but choir will still be practicing for those who are comfortable coming. Stay safe out there!
