I just had the most frustrating experience with Astound Broadband customer service... I miss when it was still @WaveConnects... I guess this is what you get when you get too big and being a longtime customer means nothing... /sigh

@WaveConnects you guys now owe me 2x $200 Amazon gift cards for promos I accepted and signed up serveice for. Your customer service gives me the run around copy and paste response “someone will reach out in 1-2 days” and no one ever does. Are you guys going to make it right or??

@WaveConnects Paying for “high-speed” internet but getting nonstop slowdowns, outages, and dropped connections. Customer service just says “reset your router” and billing is a mess. Been without internet for 4 days writing this on mobile data. Astound? Yeah, I’m astounded it’s this bad.
