@WaveUtilitiesUK not sure why someone felt it necessary to ring my dad, then be rude to him and demanding she spoke to the bill payer (which he is as he’s a parter in the company) can only imagine it’s the one meter that the invoice doesn’t get sent in the post unlike the rest.
