Stop making it difficult for yourself in defense. When you're on the back wall defending against an aerial solo play, don't panic and drive or jump off too quickly. Any good player will be able to go past you as soon as they see you jump. Instead, be patient so you can cover more options, forcing your opponent to rely on making a good solo play.
