@NCKenya @EdnaTallam why does it have to take a month for a simple registration certificate to be printed? Licenses too should be an immediate affair.

Someone should table a bill in parliament to compel MPs to vote as per their constituents wish. This behavior of being hired voters should end or else they should live in parliament!

People have been asking me what is the difference btn a degree nurse and a diploma. The simple answer is here. Both nurses sit for one same NCK exam to register as nurses in Kenya as well as same professional exam to register as nurses abroad. With the same diploma or degree, a nurse in Kenya is paid KShs 50,000 per month. By changing location to the UK🇬🇧 the same nurse will be paid £17.78 - £37.36 (or higher) per hour, translating to *(KShs. 3,073 - KShs. 6,457 per hour)* The same nurse with the same diploma or degree changes location to the US 🇺🇸, the nurse will earn $25.09- $50.54 (or higher) per hour, translating to *(KShs. 3,427 - KShs. 6,904 per hour)* The difference is one studies for long in school (4 years and one year internship while the other studies for 3.5 years). Baseline from my own point of view, go for Diploma nursing, it’s first to complete, detailed and rewarding. BScN is long to finish but offers the same returns as Diploma Nursing.

@Elvis_Localman The fact that you refuse insight from someone in the profession says much.I will not engage further.

@Elvis_Localman Who told you we both want to be clinical nurses ? Nursing isn't all about working in a hospital setup. The scope is wide

@Elvis_Localman I understand your bitterness. We have experienced that alot from health care professionals who missed out on starting at degree level.Perhaps the frustration is because of how hard you have to work to catch up.

What could go wrong if African leaders decided to make lives of their people better? Is it that hard?Does power only corrupt blacks or are they just selfish and stupid?
