@Waspapping_ This guy really wants my youth to go from Buhari to Tinubu to the infamous Atiku we all know what he did as VP? lol 😂

Fellow Nigerians, good morning.
I woke up this morning after my church service with a deeply reflective heart, and despite every constraint, I felt compelled to share these thoughts with you.
Many people do not truly understand the silent pains some of us carry daily—the private struggles, emotional burdens, and quiet battles we face while trying to survive and serve sincerely in difficult circumstances.
We now live in an environment that has become increasingly toxic, where the very system that should protect and create opportunities for decent living often works against the people—a society where intimidation, insecurity, endless scrutiny, and discouragement have become normal.
More painful is when some of those you associate with, believing you would find understanding and solidarity among them, become part of the pressure you face. Some who publicly identify with you privately distance themselves or join in unfair criticism.
We live in a society where humility is mistaken for weakness, respect is seen as a lack of courage, and compassion is treated as foolishness—a system where treating people equally is questioned simply because you refuse to worship status, tribe, class, or power.
Personally, I have never looked down on anyone except to uplift them. I have never used privilege, position, or resources to oppress others, intimidate the weak, or make people feel small. To me, leadership has always been about service, sacrifice, and helping others rise.
Let me state clearly: my decision to leave the ADC is not because our highly respected Chairman, Senator David Mark, treated me badly, nor because my leader and elder brother, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, or any other respected leaders did anything personally wrong to me. I will continue to respect them.
However, the same Nigerian state and its agents that created unnecessary crises and hostility within the Labour Party that forced me to leave now appear to be finding their way into the ADC, with endless court cases, internal battles, suspicion, and division, instead of focusing on deeper national problems and playing politics built more on control and exclusion than on service and nation-building.
Even within spaces where one labours sincerely, one is sometimes treated like an outsider in one’s own home. You and your team become easy targets for every failure, frustration, or misunderstanding, as though honest contribution has become a favour being tolerated rather than appreciated.
And when you choose to leave so that those you are leaving can have peace, and you step out into the cold, you are still maligned and your character is questioned. Despite all your efforts to continue working for a better Nigeria and engaging people with sincerity and goodwill, those who do not wish you well continue to attack your character and question your intentions.
There are moments I ask God in prayer: Why is doing the right thing often misconstrued as wrongdoing in our country? Why is integrity not valued? Why is the prudent management of resources, especially when invested in critical areas like education and healthcare, wrongly labelled as stinginess? Why are humility and obedience to the rule of law often taken to be weakness rather than discipline?
Let me assure all that I am not desperate to be President, Vice President, or Senate President. I am desperate to see a society that can console a mother whose child has been kidnapped or killed while going to school or work. I am desperate to see a Nigeria where people will not live in IDP camps but in their homes. I am desperate for a country where Nigerian citizens do not go to bed hungry, not knowing where their next meal will come from.
Yet, despite everything, I remain resolute. I firmly believe that Nigeria can still become a country with competent leadership based on justice, compassion, and equal opportunity for all.
A new Nigeria is POssible. -PO

@LArules07 @EstherUmoh10 Because Kwankwaso was the Governor of Kano State and not the Sardauna of Arewa
If he brought so much for kano
Imagine what he will do for the North as VP and then president
English

@EstherUmoh10 See the people surrounding their messiah, simple and basic comprehension, they don’t have. “The north doesn’t start and end with Kano” but she still went on to post achievements in Kano only. This just gives you an idea as to how uninformed they are as a collective.

Nigeria has always been one of the most hospitable countries to foreigners. Despite the high levels of tribalism and regionalism, you'd be surprised how naturally Afrocentric Nigerians are. Here, Black people are never seen as outsiders.
The typical Nigerian perspective is simple: Black people shouldn’t be considered foreigners anywhere in Africa.
Honestly, with the Afrophobia and xenophobia in many African countries now, it has made me realize how messed up the African continent is.
English

@jrnaib2 You don’t know Jagaban
If a Tinubu completes his 8 years
Just know when power comes to the NORTH
Is time for North Central Christian
And BAT will make sure SGF Akume Dajo emerges as president
Everything is in place
English

If your argument is that power must remain in the South in 2027, then why waste time trying to remove Bola Tinubu?
We could simply wait for him to complete his eight-year tenure so that power returns to the North in 2031.
Why elect Peter Obi and wait another eight years, especially since the North is already facing an eight-year deficit?
If Atiku is not the candidate in 2027, then Bola Tinubu should be allowed to continue.

If Peter Obi decides to leave ADC today, I won't even ask him why. I will simply pick up my bag and walk beside him!
That's how much I trust the man!
And I'm not talking of blind trust here.
I'm talking of trust earned through years of consistency, unwavering integrity, unshakeable principles, and a deep commitment to a better Nigeria, which he has shown in very many selfless ways through his actions and inactions.
There is no other politician in Nigeria who has earned this trust from me. NONE.
So if Peter Obi decides today that the ADC does not align with the principles that he believes will bring about a shift from the systems that have kept Nigeria bound to date, I will, without a single doubt, get up, pick up my bag and his, and walk away right by his side!

Assalamu alaikum, Baba. Good morning and Happy Workers' Day! Even do i see you don't want to rest,Let me remind you once again: the North is not tribalistic the way you want to paint it, just to serve your boss's selfish interest. The North understands that Nigeria belongs to different people with different identities it does not belong to us alone. We cannot continue to be stuck with one man who has done nothing meaningful for our lives simply because he is a Northerner. No! We are wise and educated enough to know the right thing to do. As for Kwankwaso, it is not just about him. We, the youths and other enlightened Northerners who understand the depth of the bad governance we are facing, will go out, campaign, educate our people, and ensure we make the right choice for the future of our region. NIGERIA WILL BE OK whether you like it or not.Lastly, I advise you to get some rest. You are above 50.
Hamma@HAHayatu
Let's see how Kwankwaso will make the north vote Obi even in Kano it shall not happen talkless of the north., if it is possible he could have done it for himself 2023. 2027 is the turn of the north, anyone that will bring a southerner for us will be seen as Munafiki.

@DOlusegun Our next president will surely revert back our Arise O Compatriot national anthem proudly written by a Nigerian and not this colonial anthem
Nobody wants to sing this

@alhaadiahmad @myk_da_preacher lol y’all Muslims think you have a monopoly of violence
English

This is a welcome development, in as much as the aim is to defend Christians against criminal attacks where the government hasn't reached, but if the aim is to attack innocent Muslims, then I grant you glad-tidings in advance, you are giving the terrorists exactly what they want, and the blanket terrorists who are just looking at you all.
I pity you if that occurs.
Mali will be a joke to what is happening in Nigeria.
May ALLAH protect Nigeria from all evils.
English

@BrantPhilip_ Can Nigeria just invade this Mali country and overthrow this military weak dictatorship regime and push back this Islamist terrorists?
We don’t want a Taliban government in West Africa
Is now or never
Tinubu should’ve done this since the Niger coup
English

The Malian Army says in a statement that clashes are still ongoing with "unidentified terrorist groups" in certain areas of the capital and the interior.

Brant@BrantPhilip_
Ongoing clashes in Bamako, capital of Mali as well, with suspected JNIM militants, at least one FAMa helicopter is in the air.
