@hvgoenka Yes! There is a huge gap between the skills of youth and the needs of industry! At ACF we have trained over 1 lakh rural youth so they have the skills employers like you need. Let us know how we can reach out to your team and explore how we can help solve your problem.

People in our country complain of unemployment. My own problem is to find skilled people in our business. We want construction workers- we can’t find enough! We want truck drivers- huge shortage! We want plantation workers- they are not available! Can’t understand solution. Do we need to mechanize more to reduce need of people? Do people not want to work and live on doles? Do we need to do more towards skill development? Do we need a digital platform that matches employees and employers effectively?

It’s raining #awards at #ACF ACF won the #ICCSocialImpactAward for its work in #WomenEmpowerment in Chhattisgarh and #Skills and Employment category in Sankrail, West Bengal and #Indiramahilashakti award in Rajasthan.

A non commercial MOU was signed between #ACF and @Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts(IGNCA) and #MinistryofCulture (GOI) to showcase traditional Punjabi craft at #RedFort which will be made by ACF facilitated Virasat.

#Ambujaforwater Sick people don’t earn! So safe #water is paramount when you sit on the poverty line. In 2018, viral fever was rampant in Math village. #ACF tested the water and found high levels of bacteria in the water. ACF taught them to test the water and how to fix it!

#ACF facilitated Farmer Producer Company from Bathinda, Punjab was awarded the Best #FPO Award of the region during the State Credit Seminar 2023-24 in Chandigarh recently. ACF’s SHG Guru Tegh Bahadur was also awarded the Best SHG Award. Read more: lnkd.in/df2sMzPm
