🚨🇺🇸 BREAKING: PHILADELPHIA DA SUES ELON OVER $1 MILLION PAC SWEEPSTAKES FOR VOTERS Philadelphia DA Larry Krasner has filed a lawsuit to halt a $1 million sweepstakes run by Elon’s America PAC, targeting registered voters in key swing states. Krasner’s suit, filed in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas, accuses Elon and America PAC of operating an “illegal lottery” that could mislead voters. The DA’s office stated it is responsible for protecting the public from “nuisances and unfair trade practices,” especially those that risk “interfering with the integrity of elections.” The lawsuit follows a recent DOJ warning that America PAC’s $1 million giveaway may breach federal election laws, potentially compromising election fairness.
