@Appeal_Design Hi! You must've enabled the 'tracked' download mode for your transfer. With this mode, recipients need to verify their email address before they can download. If you choose 'public' download mode instead, anyone will be able to download the transfer without email verification.

@WeTransfer Today, my customers told me that they are getting a warning "The sender has requested that you verify your email address before downloading this file." This is a junk feature, and I think I will cancel and go to a different platform if this persists.
