I don't ask for help often, but this needs to be seen and YouTube needs to know this is not okay. Thank you for giving me your time. This morning I woke up to my very first channel warning on my YouTube account. The exact moment it claims it was flagged was the same position my teased new model was in the entire video which can be seen in the higher resolution screenshot to the right. This strike claims there was nudity and s*x toys present in my 100% SFW ASMR upload, which was no different in tone, delivery, or script content than any of my other uploads. The only difference present here was my 2.0 model up close to the camera due to trying to hide most of her features and make it feel more intimate. She is fully clothed. She barely moved out of the same position the entire video. There was nothing suggestive, and in the still flagged by the @YouTube AI she was actually farther back than almost any other part of the video. I appealed as soon as I woke up. Took the policy training to be sure I knew what the policy was, AND reviewed the policies directly and confirmed there was nothing in the video that violated any policies. I went to my Partner support, and got ZERO help. I will post the conversation below. Not only did Partner support not help me, but I had a Partner Manager in a Discord call with me confirming that since January 14th--the full integration of Gemini AI--that the warning, strikes, AND appeals are all run by AI. My appeal was rejected in less than 10 minutes despite saying a HUMAN would review my video and I would not hear back for 72 hours or so. Support doubled down, and refused to answer my question about whether or not my screenshot to the right violated any policies saying that "the platform has to be fair, so we can't answer that question or tell you what triggered it" despite there being hard evidence that the AI was wrong. @TeamYouTube I have had enough. We have all had enough. I have suffered through hard channel throttling for almost four months with is now most likely going to happen AGAIN after it was finally starting to heal from what your AI has done to the platform because of this warning. This is absolutely not okay. My model was fully clothed. My ASMR is and has always been SFW and meant purely for relaxation. There were NO community guideline violations in this post, and this is now the second time your support team has literally refused to help a creator having their livelihood attacked unjustly. I have broken no community guidelines, post every single day either shorts or long form, go live EVERY DAY bringing thousands of eyes to my content, and it is clear that your platform does not respect VTubers of any kind. VTubers heavily use your platform for live streaming and bring in millions of dollars for YouTube. This is not okay. How you treat us is not okay. Allowing Gemini AI to ruin this platform is not okay, and I am NOT letting this rest until something is done to remove this wrongful violation off of my channel.
