@louorns if Saints have done this to multiple clubs, surely the likes of Oxford, Derby, Norwich and Wrexham get involved? The EFL can’t just give Boro a 2nd bite at the cherry but no one else? What’s the fairest solution in your opinion?

@philclarke0170 @NathanielWhitto I was quietly confident. We’ve played you 4 times this season and felt you weren’t the better side in any of the 4 games. You might have edged it in Friday, but it was so tight. Felt it was whoever scored first would win, and we looked the more likely all evening.

@philclarke0170 @NathanielWhitto For clarification, ref clearly indicates he hadn’t blown the whistle in time. I’d be livid too, but championship refs are a joke. I think he’s applied common sense. We don’t want players sent off for that. Next time, don’t go 2-0 down in 15 mins and you might have a chance.

@philclarke0170 @NathanielWhitto I don’t think you understand? Of course that’s not the ball he wants to play. Of course he’s kicked it away in frustration. But neither the ref, or the rules, can make that judgement. If the ball is active, he can do whatever the hell he pleases with it.
