Jim Crow laws gave white people authority to police Black people. What we endure in the modern era, their constant watchful eye is rooted in a long tradition of being overseers.

@SeeRacists Sheetz teaches people how to act with us black people. I am from Altoona Pennsylvania and I see this type of crap all the time and I have called headquarters nothing changes. They got away with being discriminating and racist, so customers are going to think they can do the same

“You didn’t greet me properly!” A male Karen customer viciously berates a Black special needs employee inside a Sheetz in Harrisburg, PA. The vulnerable worker sits there visibly distraught and in complete shock. This is disgusting. What kind of person screams at a special needs employee over not saying hello?

A Brinks armored car driver in Cobb County, Georgia was pulled over and arrested for expired tags on the truck. Due to the company’s strict protocol the driver Tyrell Hall refused to open the door, telling police they could follow him to a secure location to issue the ticket. Things escalated when the cops decided to arrest him instead, leading to a chaotic scene where the driver repeatedly yelled for them to get their hands off him. Charges were later dropped, but Brinks fired him anyway. He's now suing both the Cobb County PD wrongful arrest and Brinks for wrongful termination and failing to maintain the vehicle’s tag.
