What should I use these giant pallets for? A Whatnot Studio? Sell pallet wood bundles? Build some furniture or home decor and sell it? Drop your ideas in the comments!

I'm amazed these large planks of Olive Ash have not sold. With a little bit of thought, someone creative could turn these into nice dining table tops and they don't need any resin. Anyone suggesting they do will be BLOCKED, you have been warned.

Someone who is smarter than me is going to make a lot of money buying pallets of laptops from @bstocksol today ~5-10% msrp seems crazy to me. Maybe I'm wrong. Anyone have experience selling liquidated laptops/electronics?

@WebEstatesVtg @jakekern @bstocksol Where does it say these are old? If you know anything about laptops these shouldn't be super hard to make profit off of. Just curious to what you mean by these wouldn't sell if you are paying $50 for one seems like a way to make some good profit.

@HSchenewark I'm skeptical that anyone could make money doing this as a side hustle. Can't imagine there's a big market for facebook marketplace table rental

This is the easiest side-hustle ever. Pick up a couple of these from Costco, post on Facebook marketplace and rent out for $15/each. We rent them almost every week from now through the end of summer. They’re on sale at Costco and we just picked up a couple more. You won’t get rich with 8 tables, but it’s about as passive as income will ever be.

@Flippin4Gold It’s not an issue as long as you have a volume of stuff you can turn over. I buy and sell a lot of vintage electronics and anything that doesn’t sell within 3 months and several price drops just gets scrapped. I can recoup a tiny bit from the boards & metals in electronics

You wanna know one of the most destructive things in a reselling business? Its not product that you have to move at a loss. Yes that hurts but thats not the worst Its product that hardly moves AT ALL... regardless of the price you set it at

@GeringerAdam Nobody is taking that advice because it’s all fake. The story is completely made up and anyone in that situation wouldn’t be taking financial advice from that kid anyways

I can’t just type garage, instead I have to remember “myQ” I need to check the baby camera I have to remember “Nanit” I want to check the baby’s recent feeding I have to remember “Nara” I want to change the house temperature I have to remember “ecobee” etc etc etc ad nauseum. @glaucus6433 It’s a long period for good reason. One wrong move can literally kill you or burn someone’s house down. I wish you luck if you’re looking to get into the trade. It’s slower than the other trades but more rewarding in the end

@WebEstatesVtg Nah brother, I thought it would be a 2-3 year deal where I would get hands on experience through apprenticeships, and eventually would become a journeyman electrician or at least get a job

Seriously, literally any land in any state I will pay you $1000/ac (The only exception is an EPA super site). Nobody wants something contaminated with heavy metals and toxic chemicals

Physical land is never worth $0. Regardless of whether it’s buildable or not. I will buy every piece of “worthless” land for $1000ac no questions asked. Unlimited number of acres send me a message to sell your worthless land The reality is nobody will take this deal
Nick Wholesales Houses@NickMaccini

Locked up a vacant lot, contract dependent on it being buildable. Turns out it’s not buildable. Therefore it really has $0 value. Lot of people out there who own land with $0 value. Can anyone explain to me why they bought it in the first place?
