@optimuxdigital @SelfLoadingCarg @ionos_help_uk I reckon the latest fasthosts (same problem) update is more realistic than the one @ionos_help_uk have posted.

@WebFlair1 @SelfLoadingCarg @ionos_help_uk ... until the next time. At this time I don't know what cause it but clearly the communications updates from @ionos_help_uk were poor and it took far too long to rectify. Clearly it is not a resilient solution on which we can build our business, moving forward.

@ionos_help_uk your 'minimised the disruption' update is beyond cryptic when the severs still cannot be accessed. Nobody understands that update.
Why is the status on ionos-status.co.uk different to the status on ionos-status.com for what is clearly the same probem?

@WebFlair1 @optimuxdigital @ionos_help_uk FWIW 25 mins ago I had some traffic hit my site briefly (real-time mode on Google Analytics picked it up) - (but nothing since). Perhaps they rectified the issue temporarily and are now working on a permanent fix?
English

@optimuxdigital @ionos_help_uk They've certainly successfully minimised my sleep tonight.

@WebFlair1 @ionos_help_uk It's the 'successfully' minimised the disruption that I find incredulous. That update was 2 hours ago. Nothing since from @ionos_help_uk . Just appalling.

@WebFlair1 @ionos_help_uk lol quite honestly they didn’t care the last time this happened and won’t care this time. And when I say don’t care - I really mean it.

@hexydec @ionos_help_uk Same here, for last 15 mins. 2 servers down.

IONOS servers seem to be down, got about 5 servers suddenly not responding. @ionos_help_uk
