Very few people realise that the vast majority of hospice and palliative care is provided by charity - not by the NHS.
I think this is a national scandal.

Well done to our Dementia Palliative Care team who recently took part in the Trek26 Peak District walk for @alzheimerssoc 👏 Not only do this fab team work to support those living and dying with dementia, they regularly take part in fundraising events in their free time. 💙⭐
