Yesterday, some of the best of humanity came together on the Aldersbrook in Ilford to uncover a river so choked in plastic & rubbish it had ceased to flow. With a day of difficult & tiring work, they managed to uncover the river & begin bringing it back to life.

Hi everyone, this is mats sister jo. I have some very sad news today. Mat has sadly passed away today. He went downhill very quickly from Thursday. He was very comfortable and peaceful and had his family around him. Thank you to @LutonTown for all you did for him ❤️😢😢
