39. Night is Short, Walk on Girl The main thing this movie reminded me of is how good Tatami Galaxy was but it was still a solid movie with a very similar vibe regardless and has great visuals 8/10

@XC_Enel I'd like this like a thousand times if I could, it's a really important message I think. I really don't think words like "incel" should be thrown around for people who are just watching a fun anime they like, it only drowns out the real and often serious meanings of some words.

I don't think people need to be insecure about what they watch and try to justify the very obvious wish fulfilment show; it's definitely wish fulfilment with a self-insert MC and it's okay. One of my favorites this season is Angel Next Door which is super wish fulfilment (peak)

@Ukatpo I know Chaos;Head does have an anime but I also know it's not that good and anime is probably just far more mainstream than VNs sadly so I'm not surprised the only one with a good adaptation is the popular one. Sucks though cause I haven't shut up about Chaos;Head since I read it

@Ukatpo I just started reading these recently so I can't speak on later ones yet but I think a big thing I loved about Chaos;Head was reading Takumi's thoughts and the psychology of someone with that kind of mindset and I'm not sure if that would be able to work well in an anime.

Steins;Gate really was the absolute WORST possible Sciadv entry to have gotten popular. - Minimal connection to the rest of the series -Anime is basically self contained -The second entry?? Was sciadv just cooked from the start?

@XC_Enel I think the main change I saw a long time ago that I didn't really like was the others fighting Albedo at the end instead of just Jr, Idk I might be misremembering but I'm pretty sure that was a thing. Still would be cool to experience probably.

I don't think I'd ever recommend this over the PS2 versions of 1 and 2 with some of the narrative changes I'm pretty mixed on, but I do really appreciate that this exists now so a part of Xeno history isn't just JP only. I may try to play it on stream when it's fully out.

@XC_Enel Loved the part where you called Mother 3 "baby's first peak" cause it actually was the first game I remember having a real emotional reaction to when I was like 10 or something. Cool to see you give XC1 another go though, I was in a similar boat of downplaying it until recently.

BR1 and 2 parts look unchanged so the main point of this is to just make the anime story and gacha story into a real video game? Huge mixed feelings on a guy in a Blue Reflection game even if he was in the gacha and I also don't care for the anime story so hope that gets improved
