@WeeabooNinja I find it acceptable to hate on Endless 8, but Haruhi as a whole? Come on. Haruhi is what happens when a kid with an active imagination gets their way. She wanted to have the extraordinary, and she got an alien, esper, and time traveler, even without knowing it.

People who hated Haruhi are people that don't have media literacy. Starting a complaint confusing the titular character with the protagonist is a tell. Also Endless 8 is kino. Instead of telling viewers about a time loop, it imposed the sensation of entrapment through form itself

Deserved tbh Haruhi was an insufferable protagonist that the story literally revolved around, they aired episodes out of order for a ridiculous and arbitrary reason, and then tried to repackage the same episode 8 times. The fact the show got as far as it did on waifus and a dance alone was bad enough.
