Tell younger generations their entire lives that they need to go to college to get a good job, go into tech to make money, learn to code. Remove trade classes from high school curriculum to help facilitate this.
Rug pull them by hiring only foreigners for those jobs or offshoring them completely

Even though they’re obviously trying to paint him as the bad guy, doesn’t it seem like Goliath embodies the traditional European notions of Courage and Honor better than David does in this scene? Goliath does not want to fight a child, an opponent far weaker than him, he even offers him a weapon and converses with him. Upon hearing david’s appeals to his god, Goliath even accepts the challenge to fight a God. And what does David do? He sneaks him while he’s not looking. This video encapsulates much of our history.

People make fun of cave divers,
and fair enough it is an absurdly dangerous pursuit but without people willing to pursue something that extreme you would never have the specialists capable of performing cave rescues. The two divers who found the thirteen boys trapped inside a flooded cave in Thailand had to navigate four kilometers of passageways, underwater. If I was one of those kids I’d be forever grateful some madman would do this.

I think this post highlights a critical issue with the industry that most VTubers need to be aware of. Choosing so-called 'reliable people' to work on your projects is often a bad idea unless you are a massive VTuber with an array of connections, and I'll explain why below.
The problem is that if you pick a so-called industry professional as a smaller indie, you are essentially a charity case for them. You can't offer them the same money or exposure as one of their bigger contacts, so they are materially incentivized to focus on work provided by those contacts instead.
One endorsement from a VTuber like Shylilly or Ironmouse is worth fifty times as much as a hundred endorsements from small creators in the 100-150CCV range. The contractor holds all the power in these situations; you can't call them to account because they are insulated by their bigger contracts, and they don't have to prioritise you because they don't really need to work for you on anything but a 'whenever I feel like it' basis.
This is a very unfortunate situation, but one I've seen happen often enough to call it an established trend.

Everyone wants the creator to be understanding, patient, nice and give leeway, but how much more does my time and patience need to be trampled upon before I hit my limit? Years of projects that end up abandoned, incomplete and just a sour taste in my mouth. I promised my community so many cool things and I've been trying for 2 years to honor my promises and I'm exhausted. I feel like I'm letting everyone down. But I genuinely cannot keep going or trying, I have had so many bad experiences with people in this industry. I also love how I'm being blamed for not making contracts. Yet majority of people refuse to sign one or reveal their identity to people. This industry is rotten. I wish I knew how people vet others before involving them in projects. But from my experience, even well known artists end up disappointing (see neon's case). The people I hired for the job were people with years of experience in the industry, known for working with corporations, meeting deadlines, with people vouching for them and their work and recommending them. I haven't really been streaming or creating YT content because my mental is at an all time low. I was so excited for my lore video, for the 3.0, for the future. Now I'm just sad and tired. I'll try and find a way to honor my promises to you breadpups, I just sadly need more time. I'm sorry.
