Bouaddi. Playing for Morocco against the country who's U-21's he captained 3 months ago. All for players choosing their heritage over birth place, but a player should, aged 18 ( or date of signing first pro contract) have to declare for one country in that contract and it sticks for your career. These late choices are blocking opportunities for other young players and rules are being abused. Get your elite education in one country, use it for another. Same for every player in every country so don't @ me about Rice etc, same for him too.

@AdamMcKola @DougieCritchley Smalling was a success for the price for me. Defo not a failure. Kinda same with Phil Jones too, injuries killed his career, he didn’t have many bad games, just unlucky. Also, I firmly believe Zaha and possibly kagawa would have been a success if Fergie stayed the manager too.

I've had a football theory for a while... That although Sir Alex Ferguson was a brilliant motivator, man manager and club totem... By the end of his reign, his talent recognition for players not yet established (although no doubt somewhat affected by Glazernomics) wasn't what it was. From the summer of 2008 onwards, fresh off winning the Champions League, these were the players aged 25 or under that Ferguson signed permanently: -Zoran Tosic -Ritchie De Laet -Antonio Valencia -Mame Diouf -Gabriel Obertan -Bebe -Chris Smalling -Chicharito -Anders Lindegaard -David De Gea -Phil Jones -Frederic Veseli -Shinji Kagawa -Nick Powell -Angelo Henriquez -Alex Buttner -Wilf Zaha With the obvious exceptions of Antonio Valencia, Chicharito and David De Gea... That's not a great hit rate!

@lukesawhook Time can make so many trades look bad or great. The real crazy thing is that there was a time this was a solid trade. JT was locked dynasty RB1, Barkley injury prone on a horrible offence, Amon Ra going late 2nd in rookie drafts, Rhamondre not 1st choice etc.

@DynastyZoltanFF Just coz KTC says it’s fair doesn’t mean you need to do it. It’s just one data point amongst many that go into deals (scoring, roster size, strategy. on and on). This is so far from the worst offer I’ve seen it’s not even in the same ballpark though.

@AcademyScoop I don’t think it’s either of those. I think Martinez starts ahead of Heaven for one more year at least if he returns back to what he was after injury. And De Ligt is best central starter imo until Yoro natures. So I think Martinez - De Ligt - Yoro

I’m split between: Heaven - Yoro - Dalot And Heaven - Maguire - Yoro Either way, Yoro and Heaven when fit must start.
