科普个常识：可乐要喝有糖的。 有糖，指的是白砂糖。 大陆卖的可乐，为了节省成本，用的主要是果葡糖浆。 果糖只能由肝脏代谢，不像葡萄糖能被全身细胞直接利用，会增加肝脏的负担。 而且果葡糖浆不好喝，只能冰镇，因为它越凉越甜。 这也是大陆可乐一直不涨价的重要原因，成本控住了。 有条件，就喝进口的，那基本都是用的白砂糖。 无糖、代糖可乐不在讨论范围内，那些东西对身体究竟有没有危害，营养学界到现在还在打架，就没个定论。 反正都喝可乐了，就一定要喝好喝的有糖的，这才是真正纯粹的生活。

山西矿难这件事，我已经麻木了。 我是山西人，山西作为一个煤炭大省。 不停的开采导致山西人几乎人均鼻炎，以前几乎过一段时间就会有认死在矿井下面。 山西的国道也是出了名的大卡车多，速度又快。卷起的黄沙迷的人眼睛都睁不开。 后来网上有句话很火“十四省的火炉，烧的是我的故土”。国家给你这个省什么定位，你就是什么定位。 低价把碳卖给其他省。自己省的 GDP 一直发展不起来。如果你有关注的话，山西永远是负增长的那一个。 说回事故，山西其实也有很多军工厂。我们家族除了我爸妈都是在里面工作的。隔几年就会爆炸一次，一次死一些人。 我二姑那个车间就炸过，但是她命好，那天正好去看病了，躲过一劫。 死的那些人，一家一户赔个几万十几万，也就打发了。我觉得很可悲。 我高考之前唯一的愿望就是能走出山西，上大学之后的愿望就是再也不想回去了。 去年国庆节我去了深圳，和在深圳工作的香港朋友聊深圳的政策。我才发现原来城市之间的差距大的比我想的还要可怕。 现在是凌晨三点，有感而发吧。 希望所有逝者安息🙏
