Wings is an intensive, family-centered treatment program for mothers with children under the age of 6 at North Range Behavioral Health. The program received a grant from The Weld Trust to add five peer counselors to support mothers. To read more go to weldturst.org/news.

Nearly 350 students in grades 4-7 in Lochbuie attended a career fair provided by Generation Schools Network. Students learned about 12 different businesses and organizations. Generation Schools Network received a grant from The Weld Trust to continue their work in Weld County.

Through Forward Steps, students in Weld County are better equipped for career development. The Weld Trust provided a grant to their Realizing Aptitudes program that connects students to work based learning opportunities and career coaching.

The Azteca Boxing Club is Growing! Now called The Mexica Center, the mission remains the same - empower youth for a stronger community tomorrow. The Weld Trust has awarded more than $200,000 in grants to support the boxing club, tutoring and mentorship.

In 2023, The Weld Trust awarded a Flagship grant to High Plains Housing Development to begin Phase 1 of the StarRise project. These units will provide affordable housing and free on-site services such as case management, mental health assistance, job search assistance & much more
