BUT .. if the true impact of infestations of nits was truly understood .. the value of that role would without doubt be more valued and relied upon.

@Weldricks Ive used u in past to get dry eyes eye drops but my last visit u insist on me registering. Whatever happened to guest checkout. I dont want to register, more pwords, more problems.

@Weldricks Whoever created your new app needs to go back to school or get another job. Not intuitive. Obvious links to remove or add medication don't work. Think I'll either go back to dropping a printed one off at Surgery or trying one of the online pharmacies

@Weldricks why do I have to order a prescription twice: once from my doctor and then from you giving you 7 days notice? It's ridiculous

@Richard_Parker I am really sorry that this has happened. This is a technical error with our app. The app hadn't been set up to take account of the bank holiday weekend. This is something that is being worked on to prevent this from happening in the future.

Forgive me if I am wrong @Weldricks but when I receive an email telling me that my prescription “is ready for collection” then I would presume that it is indeed ready for collection. Second one in a row where I’ve gotten there and told it isn’t ready. Absolute shambles.

@ForTheTeoma This is something we will work on and will address over the coming weeks.

@ForTheTeoma We also want to intelligently provide the patient with accurate information by not simply allowing them to order and believe that all is well when there is a chance the surgery will not process it.

@ForTheTeoma We will however test some items on our side and then may be able to implement some changes in behaviour where we allow a patient to place an order prior to eligibility.

@ForTheTeoma individual case is investigated further. Our current patient experience meets the requirements of the NHS and GP systems. These are the systems telling us whether a repeat is eligible or not for ordering.

@tebcrot Apologises that this has happened all our medication are packaged in paper bags followed by a cardboard box which must have been damaged in transit to receive it that way. Please rest assured we will be contacting our Accounts Manager at DPD regarding this.

Hi @Weldricks. Is there a problem with your system? I tried to place an order today & received this error message at the checkout. My bank have confirmed that there are no security issues with my card. I’ve tried calling your customer service team but there’s no answer. Thanks.
