It's nearly time for me to stop tweeting about #KillingEve on the main tl (thank god). But one more big brain thought... Putting aside the "bury your gays" conversation for a moment, here's why the showrunner's interpretation of the ending is so upsetting to me personally:

@waititsbotcoffe @EthanTrace @TomCruise Someone on set broke covid protocol and didn't wear a mask. All it takes is 1 exposure without protocol and the entire movie is put on hold / cancelled. Thousands lose their jobs / income. The insurance company he mentioned goes berserk.

I feel old. I am the same age as Sandra Bullock was when she filmed Practical Magic. Evan Rachel wood (the eldest daughter in the movie) is now older than Nicole Kidman was at the time. I feel old.
