Loved working with the Youth Resilience Unit @QMULResilience recently running arts + #mentalhealth workshops with a fantastically insightful group of 8-9 year olds at Brampton Primary School, Newham - some amazing ideas & images around mental health and how to build #resilience

If you have a child who suffers from anxiety here's a story that might give you hope. Three years ago my son was experiencing terrible anxiety &panic attacks. He struggled to get into school/college & rarely left the house. The short train ride to Brighton was a challenge. 1/

Fantastic to work as a creative facilitator on the 'Unlocking Data' project with @BSMSMedSchool @DrElizabethFord recently, using creative tools to explore participants' perceptions of sharing health data. Some great discussions & visual depictions, thanks to a super focus group!
