@WellsStaffChat A3: Reminding them that this is not normal for anyone! I am still here for them. What can I do to help? We are all in the same boat, and it’ll all come out in the wash. #WellsStaffChat

A3: Routine and schedule is key. Our students thrive on consistency. I had a student show me on zoom the schedule she made for herself on her dry erase board...I was so impressed! #WellsStaffChat #ExploreWells

A3- I think being a good listener and showing support the best way you can from a distance. I just remind everyone to do the best they can as we continue to get used to this change. I just try to be positive and smile 😊 #ExploreWells #wellsstaffchat

A3: Letting parents and students know that it’s okay and things may not look perfect. I love my team’s text thread. They definitely put a smile on my face every day. #WellsStaffChat

@WellsStaffChat a2: I call my families weekly to check in. I wish I could ask for more chat time with the kids without sounding weird. My favorite time is “show and tell” on Fridays. I’m hoping to make it more fun with dance parties and guest appearances in weeks to come.

@WellsStaffChat A2:
I was able to call each of the Name That Book students and talk with them on the day they were supposed to head to the Berry Center.

@WellsStaffChat A2: @zoom_us meetings, @Seesaw check-ins, and good ol phone calls! The kids are too funny on the phone. Some have a lot to say and others clam up... Ones I wouldn’t expect either! 🙃 #WellsStaffChat
