*NEW* statement to @NewsNation from the Idaho Department of Correction regarding reports new Idaho Maximum Security Institution inmate Bryan Kohberger is complaining to guards he can’t sleep with inmates relentlessly taunting him.
“We are aware of Kohberger’s complaints about what he considers taunting. Incarcerated individuals commonly communicate with each other in prison. Bryan Kohberger is housed alone in a cell, and IDOC security staff maintain a safe and orderly environment for all individuals in our custody”

Bryan Kohberger’s signed statement.
I have not seen this ever done this way. No narrative.
They let him off the hook in terms of detailing his accountability, but at least he is convicted.
Where are the knife and bloody clothes, Kohberger? I guess we have to wait for the book...

Bryan Kohberger's defense team argued that LE did not have probable cause to search BK's car, apartment, or office. Interesting. His Defense had written in court documents that DNA wasn't found there, but what evidence was found there that the defense wants excluded?
We have seen the FBI's FD-597 property lists, which provides us with some big clues.
Also recall, no Shower curtain...
Did BK use it to wrap his clothes, Ka-Bar knife, and any other evidence of the crime, if he committed the crime...
What else did the prosecution glean from his electronics? I would expect a gold mine, but we shall see.
The evidence found pursuant to the warrants will Not be suppressed, IMV. Neither will the BK's DNA. The Defense has nothing to lose, so will keep taking their shots, as well they should.
Honorable Judge Hippler's statements lead me to believe the Defense arguments had no weight and the evidence will be admitted.
Judge Hippler said he will consider everything and make his decisions later.
Below are a few of Judge Hippler's thoughts:
"Isn't that probable cause every day and twice on Sunday?" - Judge Hippler said referring to probable cause to search in this case.
"I struggle with the idea that DNA left at a crime scene, that there's any expectation of privacy," - Judge Hippler said in response to Ann Taylor, the Defense Attorney for #BryanKohberger, arguing that BK had the right to privacy concerning his DNA on the knife sheath below Maddie Mogen.
She was so tiny. She had No chance.
❗️🇦🇷💥🇬🇧 - Liam Payne, the British pop star, tragically died after falling from a balcony at the CasaSur Palermo Hotel in Buenos Aires on October 16, 2024.
CCTV footage shows him being carried by hotel staff from the lobby back to his room around 16:54, despite appearing unwell, possibly due to drug use. There's confusion over the timestamps of these events, suggesting an error.
The hotel called emergency services later, worried about Payne's safety near the balcony, but had already returned him to his room. When found dead around 17:11, Payne had items he'd left upstairs earlier, indicating he might have intended to leave the hotel secretly via the balcony, a tactic he had used before.
The investigation focuses on the hotel's delayed response and the presence of drugs, with Roger Nores and two others as persons of interest.

@LorTal She’s mad to walk away now and not do auction. Silly. I’m sure Julian Cress (exec producer) will talk them back off ledge to turn up at auction.
