@vibrantoucan @prion_tv Circle of healing wasn’t added till after the first two CoH nerfs so it wasn’t as important, plus the effect for countering said perk weren’t worth a slot. Countering exhaustion which are damn near mandatory in today’s game you are guaranteed to get value out of it.

The Judgment’s hex perk seems to directly target exhaustion perks. This is super interesting, and huge news for any killer without high mobility.
