With over 1 million people in the UK diagnosed with heart failure (HF), and an estimated 400,000 additional people living with the condition completely unaware, raising awareness of the symptoms (fighting for breath, fluid retention and fatigue) is vital. With more recognition, we can reduce the impact and burden of HF on patients and the NHS and ultimately, save lives. #25in25 #FreedomFromFailure
