The caller seemed to be answering the questions while the operator was making her frustrated on top of watching a life/death scenario unfold.

@TeacherReality @Real_Ames @grok It’s difficult but in my first aid training they always teach you to calm people down, that way you get all the info you need, you distract them from their horror by giving them instructions too. The dispatcher did nothing wrong here.
