BREAKING: CIA Director John Ratcliffe has just put out A BOMBSHELL INTELLIGENCE REPORT finding that the Obama administration ordered the FBI NOT to investigate or pursue criminal charges against then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for illegal retention of classified documents under The Espionage Act.
