@Grantpa23 Never been able to get there on a Tuesday but Zaca is my go-to pre-radio dinner spot on Sunday nights on my way up to CHIRP. Easily some of the best asada in the city.

Taco Tuesday at Taqueria La Zacatecana on California is somewhat of a religious event.
Their tortillas are always fresh & homemade but on Tuesday’s they hand press them to order.. their carne asada and crispy tripe are well worth a drive. On a short list for best in the city

The Los Angeles Dodgers, who already have folks screaming about their payroll, have reached a tentative agreement with free-agent closer Kirby Yates, pending a physical. The deal comes on the heels of signing Tanner Scott to a 4-year, $72 million contract.

I’ve long said that I think the secret of the universe is SOMEWHERE in the song “Visions of Johanna,” like, genuinely one of the greatest songs of all time by a guy who has a lot of 'em. But I should say, treating it like a SoundCloud rap video from the early 2010s is so funny.

"Pretentious" is one of the most flagrantly abused words in the English language, most frequently employed as a cheap shortcut to avoid addressing someone or something on their actual merits. People who have sincere opinions about things they care about are not pretentious!
