It’s chaos in Yosemite National Park This is the first summer since Yosemite stopped using their reservation system There have been almost 100,000 more visitors than this time last year It’s so crowded the lines of cards are hours long and people are parking illegally in the meadows that are supposed to be protected “The line of cars goes on and on and on, all waiting to get into Yosemite National Park. People were waiting for like at least hour and a half and once you're inside, the waiting isn't over” By 7.30 am parking can already be at capacity “The entire park, it was impossible to park. There's nowhere to park for anybody. Waiting to find parking, waiting to get on the shuttle — With many getting impatient and just illegally parking wherever they could. Wish that sports and business success still turned me on. It just doesn’t anymore. Money making. The grind. All of it feels weird and/or underwhelming. When 85% of regular Americans are stressed over the cost of shelter and the expense of groceries, how am I supposed to enjoy myself? Basic needs aren’t being met. Cause I “worked harder”? Cause I “made it”? That means I’m supposed to just lay back and be quieted by my family and I’s blessings? Sure I worked hard, but know plenty of people that work harder today. They feel stuck. I’ve watched from row as a 9 yr Realtor, the American dream get sifted out from under the working class. In an instant it came and went. It doesn’t seem right. And I won’t stop talking on it. You’re not crazy. You’re not lazy. You’re living in the late stages of monopoly where most board spaces are spoken for rent anywhere is astronomical and you’re left to roll the dice and pray for a few more laps around the square before you “lose” When does it end?

After 16 years of enjoying these trails with my family, we were heartbroken to see them in such a disgusting state. Littered with human waste, needles, and garbage – it’s unacceptable. We need responsible leadership in Colorado Springs to clean up our beautiful outdoor spaces!

The world's/the cultures version of love is just a mirage and counterfeit of the real thing. Why settle for the counterfeit when you can have the real thing?

Jesus is not Barney saying “can’t we all just get along.” The same Christ who preached love also flipped tables, rebuked hypocrisy, called out false teachers, and warned constantly about judgment, hell, and deception. Modern culture wants a Jesus that never confronts sin because a passive god never threatens their rebellion.
