UPDATE: Due to poor weather conditions, @WCU’s shipment of COVID-19 vaccines will be delayed, forcing the cancellation of Friday afternoon’s drive-in event to administer 500 vaccines in partnership with JCPH. Individuals with appointments for the Friday will be reschedule.

BREAKING: @WCU will start vaccinating this week.

BREAKING: WCU’s vaccine clinic will open by mid-February. NCDHHS expects it will be several weeks before the state will complete vaccinations of Groups 1 and 2 and open eligibility to Group 3.

BREAKING: Classes will begin on Jan. 25, as scheduled, but all classes will be delivered via remote instruction through Feb. 12. On Feb. 15, classes will resume as originally scheduled through in-person or hybrid instruction. Move-in will begin Feb. 6.
