No legal precedent for them to keep their side. People will vote out One BC as they wanted her to be what she ran as.

We dont need to partner with people that are only out for 3% of the population. This is extortion and they are using terrorist against the country we live in. We DEFINITELY do not need these people as partners. Canada would BOOM way faster without them. We can use law and order to deal with those people.

Well Fulmer for me is way out front and center in this debate. For a rookie politician, he is honest, funny, charismatic and not backing down on his alliance. It is very refreshing. KLF is a seasoned vet u can tell by her answers. But 71 yrs of age is a hang up for me. She hit her best before date long ago. Iain (I have a face I dont trust) Black came in 3rd he has move up the ranks. Caroline came accross as aggressive, dishonest and typical east coast liberal politician for me last night. Peter Milobar just keeps riding his 8-0 record and played it safe with his talking points. He is dead last he is Liberal thru and thru.

First, I agree with viewers congratulating candidates for debating real issues. Now, as consensus continues to suggest front runners are Yuri Fulmer and Caroline Elliott, look carefully at each and ask yourself who can best attract undecided voters in the provincial election.

Considering Milobar, Black and Elliot actually are the liberals I fail to see how u came to this conclusion. Fulmer was completely open to why he has done Land acknowledgements, hired TFW etc. Because of the NDP in order to do business in this provincs there are certain criteria u have to meet. It was completely refreshing to have a politician be so open and honest. Yuri its a true professional.

Debate impressions and rankings: 1. KLF: In my opinion, she won the debate (followed closely by Fulmer, more on that in his section). She had a bunch of good zingers and jokes, no attacks against her landed IMO, sharp and direct communication and was rock solid on the issues. Avoided bait and traps like the seasoned pro she is. At times she was a bit low energy/boring but not terrible at any point. 9/10. 2. Fulmer: Way overperformed my expectations for a rookie politician. Was honest about his shortcomings on land acknowledgements, laughed and joked with the other candidates even while under pressure, stuck on his message about uniting the right and beating Eby, and delivered devastating blows to Elliott who withered under the pressure. He was much better at deflecting attacks than I thought he'd be. Came in looking like a competitor, went out looking like the clear front runner in the race. Overall I thought KLF did slightly better, but there's a strong argument that Fulmer won the debate. 8/10 3. Milobar: Solid as usual, but fairly boring. He's a smart guy and a sharp communicator. Avoided making any mistakes but for a populist Conservative crowd it felt pretty uninspired. 5/10. 4. Black: Press gallery/media types love this guy for reasons that escape me. Felt like the ghost of BC Liberal past on the stage. Good delivery though, he looked and sounded very comfortable. 4/10. 5. Elliott: She performed even worse than I expected, and my expectations were low. Sounded frantic in her attacks on the other candidates, came off as nervous and shaky, and lied multiple times about the other candidates. The reaction from the crowd to her obvious lies was telling. At times it felt like she was lashing out in every direction. It confirmed what everyone kind of already knew, unless her TFW staff are spoon feeding her every answer she is in trouble. If anyone lost the debate, it was Caroline Elliott. She clearly practiced a lot, but her preprepared lines were about all she had, so props to her prep team I guess. 2/10 Overall, very fun debate. Satisfying for an ABC voter. #bcpoli

Well I respectfully disagree sir. Whether u like it or not. Dallas controls a massive following of young conservatives. 19-25 male crowd. Be the BC Conservatives almost won last election. Every analyst was projecting NDP to grab a majority. And the upset from a massive blue wave was shocking. This is going to happen again with Dallas Brodie and OneBC. If we do not unite the right we lose.

Interesting view, I was 100% Yuri until his deal with Brodie. He is attempting to create a monstor and doesn't see it. Went from first to last for me. Without Yuri Dallas won't elect one member.

Look it doesnt matter what they say. They back pedal theor words all the time. Not to mention we lost billions and billions of dollars a year because private investment firms do not want to invest because of the instability of Indigenous. DRIPA needs a full repeal. If they want to run the province then they can form a party and run on an election like every other party.

Good to hear the BC Conservative critic say that he believes First Nations when they say that they are not interested in expropriating or taking anyone’s private property. Because it’s the truth. This hasn’t stopped the BC Conservative Party and most of their leadership candidates from conducting an all-out anti-First Nations fear campaign with the public, however. All of our leaders have a duty to the people of this province to deal with important issues like this with maturity, honesty and respect. It is extremely irresponsible to inflame the public against reconciliation for partisan political gain.
