The Boys Basketball team store is open! We're trying some new things this year with X-Grain as another option for a clothing store. Store close: 10/31. Clothes should come in around Thanksgiving time stores.inksoft.com/WS109158 (We'll still have an Elite Sports store with BJ Hermsen)

Thursday night we had our end of season banquet for the ‘23-‘24 season. Thanks to our 5 seniors for the dedication to the program. Best of luck to you all as you take the next steps in your life!

Any 8th-11th grade athlete who is interested in playing basketball next year, we will have an informational meeting in Mr. Stoltz room at the high school, Wednesday at 1:30PM.

After a tough two first games, the boys travel to Grinnell to take on the Tigers. Sophomore at 4:30, Freshman at 6:00, and Varsity at 7:30.

We will have a players meeting at 6:30 tomorrow night. Then open gym after. Anyone 9-12 who wants to play basketball should attend.

7th and 8th graders getting after it with a game like finishing drill!

Our 4th - 6th grade boys are busy at work! Working on offensive fundamentals in station work.

Youth camp has been great the last couple of days! This morning our 1st-3rd grade campers were busy doing station work working on ball handling, passing, layups, shooting, and playing some 1 on 1. It has been great having them in the gym!

Final: West Delaware 44, Decorah 57. Hayden Lyness had 11 and Griffin Lott had 10. The Hawks finish the year 12-10.

Tomorrow nights game against Decorah is Senior Night. We will honor the 4 seniors and we will be doing youth recognition night. Youth WD basketball players that wear their basketball jersey will get into the game for free and be introduced at halftime. Everyone else, wear white!
