He will continue to claim that it is really an intimate image of him. For everyone who has been asking about whether or not Jessica Yaniv has been evicted yet. No verified reports so far. Nor is there a realtor listing. Nor does anyone expect one quickly. The unit has to, well to put it bluntly, be decontaminated. This is a picture of the pigaloo from a couple of years ago. Age and Rexy the fake service dog can only have made it worse. I do not envy the realtor that got the Yaniv contract. That is what I thought but then everything about this sale seems hincky including the price. If I was a prospective buyer I would insist on a health & structual inspection as well as a financial report of any outstanding liens and other financial instruments that have been levied against the unit especially the court ordered penalties and costs from Simpson’s vexatious litigant activities. Remember it took a lien to get Yaniv to pay the estheticians in 2020.

Have heard that they have been checking out small places on the Island, particularly near Nanaimo and that parents there are already very concerned. New images in the search for Nancy Guthrie:   Over the last eight days, the FBI and Pima County Sheriff’s Department have been working closely with our private sector partners to continue to recover any images or video footage from Nancy Guthrie’s home that may have been lost, corrupted, or inaccessible due to a variety of factors - including the removal of recording devices. The video was recovered from residual data located in backend systems.   Working with our partners - as of this morning, law enforcement has uncovered these previously inaccessible new images showing an armed individual appearing to have tampered with the camera at Nancy Guthrie's front door the morning of her disappearance.   Anyone with information, please contact 1-800-CALL-FBI or visit tips.fbi.gov
