highschoolers! please do not let this discourage you if you aren’t here yet. I ran the 400 ONCE in HIGHSCHOOL (57) and became a national champion my freshman year in college . My 300h pr was 42.11 and I’m now an Olympic bronze medalist. GO AFTER YOUR DREAMS

Due to the spread of the coronavirus, we have delayed the start of the spring sports season until March 30. The outdoor track championships, tennis championships, and VHSL Spring Jubilee are not affected by this delay. The situation will be re-evaluated on March 25.

Western Branch boys and girls sweep Class 6A state indoor track titles

History was made last night! The Girls program won a staggering 7 STATE TITLES in a row and the boys 5 STATE TITLES in a row. Both are State Records! Not to mention this is STATE TITLES NUMBER 32 and 33‼️ No other team in the country can match🏆 #TheStandard
