@WestnetAU Interesting, trying to forward the invoice to the address you suggest, the message is blocked. So, either you have blocked me, or you have content in your invoices that you are blocking. Doesn't look like a very friendly ISP to me.

hey @WestnetAU can you have someone help me? I live in the US, but routinely get the invoice for someone in AU with the same name. Emailing support and sales has gone nowhere. Ended up emailing TPG CEO hoping to get some response.

@serehfas Hey Angie, the errors when sending using a mail program should now be cleared, and sending remained possible when logged in via Webmail throughout the recent outage. Give your program a reboot before trying to send again, and DM us if you have any questions.

@WestnetAU How do I get some support been on the phone for 3 day for 30 mins to an hour and get no customer service assistants though I had one 10 mins ago the phone rang and then it hung up after being on the phone for for 20 minutes, customer support -100, service is crap TIO here I come
