Yesterday, I paid a visit to the newly operationalized @Westvalleysugar co. in Kericho County. I witnessed first-hand cane deliveries, crushing and the final brown sugar product from the factory. The factory has installed the most modern and technologically efficient machineries

West Valley Sugar Company Welcomes Sweet Harvest l. In a sweet and monumental moment, the entire West Valley Sugar Company received its very first batch of sugar canes today, marking the beginning of an exciting journey into the world of sugar production.

Congratulations to West Valley Sugar Co. in Kericho County for successfully producing its first batch of brown sugar. The Ksh 2.8 billion state-of-the-art factory has capacity to process 1,500 tonnes of sugar cane per day (~2,500 bags of sugar).
