@CannanBarbarian@PhilMphela And which time slot was he suppose to respect? Naledi was not on the lineup or poster. Even if she was on the poster or lineup Gatsheni would have never opened for her, ubezongena way early, bekwi even ka Maskandi leya. Nawe research before you come insulting people
It is always people around you who will set you up for failure when you are in the public eye.
Having listened and read multiple accounts about the incident, it is clear that Aphiwe’s people disrespected the other artist who was on stage.
Fans saw that and retaliated by throwing objects on stage — which was wrong.
Her DJ just starting a song while an artist and his dancers are on stage was unprofessional.
Professionally, if they felt Aphiwe had to be on stage at that specific time, then they should have let the host/event organisers be the ones to cut the other artist’s set and introduce the next act.
Also, just because Aphiwe is known on social media, it doesn’t mean to the masses she is just as big. Know your crowd!!
RESPECT … ubuntu … look at how Aphiwe just struts onto the stage and passes the guy and his dancers without even acknowledging them. It gives off arrogance and disrespect vibes.
Good companies and managers protect their artists. Rather you take the blame than have your artists be exposed to physical danger or reputation smear.
Whatever the issues, Aphiwe should never have gone on stage while the other guy was standing there.
But in Mzansi … 🤷🏾♂️
@AfricaPapoZA I will just leave it at … maybe it’s the English.
Where did I justify the crowd’s actions?
I literally punctuated one of my lines with “— which is wrong”.
Next time, before replying, using such strong language, ask someone to explain to you what’s written first.
@PhilMphela Thank you Phil 🙏🏾 wakhuluma kahle, it's the disrespect and the non acknowledgement to the other artist on stage, wadlula phakathi kwabo ngathi abayi lutho
Mthandeni was wrong, he arrived late and went to the stage without being authorised to do so.
But Zimdollar was unprofessional and should be suspended for the behaviour and use of Strong Language.
She gets away with a lot, she’s feared by Ukhozi Bosses.
