@WheatlanderJay I’ll have to dig around in some fields. But not surprised. Especially considering the moisture situation the last while

Justin Trudeau was born with a silver spoon in his mouth. He grew up with the best of everything. His parents paid big bucks to send him to private school, and yet he's barely a high school graduate. He never finished any university degree, even though he started 3 different ones. He was allowed to repeat courses because of his last name. As a young adult, he couldn't land a real job as a teacher. Someone finally got him into a private school in BC where he taught drama. He lasted just over 2 years, but mysteriously "had to leave" his cushy job in the middle of an academic semester. That's not what I would call being a teacher. His only other job on his resume is snowboard instructor. He got elected as an MP because of his last name, and he was chosen as leader of the Liberals because of his connections, and his ability to bring in money. He's a narcissist, bordering on sociopath, and he's absolutely not a deep thinker. Yet the media keeps making him out to be an intellectual and a visionary. The country can't survive another 2 years with this idiot at the helm. #TrudeauMustGo

'Blade runners' update: 🔥🔥🔥 'Blade runners' have removed or disabled nearly a 1000 of ULEZ cameras. These cameras are charging gas cars that are older than 2006 and diesel cars older than 2015, 15 € a day due to new emission laws. This is designed to limit the movement of those least able to afford it?

Took a few days off with my love. Road trip up the PCH from LA to San Fran. Was a blast. Now head home, finish canola, haul manure and get ready for the mayhem that is fall run.

Tax his land, Tax his bed, Tax the table At which he's fed. Tax his work, Tax his pay, He works for peanuts Anyway! Tax his cow, Tax his goat, Tax his pants, Tax his coat. Tax his tobacco, Tax his drink, Tax him if he Tries to think. Tax his car, Tax his gas, Find other ways To tax his ass Tax all he has Then let him know That you won't be done Till he has no dough. When he screams and hollers; Then tax him some more, Tax him till He's good and sore. Then tax his coffin, Tax his grave, Tax the sod in Which he's laid. When he's gone, Do not relax, It's time to apply The inheritance tax.

Canadians faced 2 years of financial hardship over Covid. Many dealt with personal financial ruin and many had their businesses destroyed. Many are still dealing with the fallout. Bank of Canada touted low interest rates for a long time and encouraged people to take out loans, mortgages, invest. Liberal gov did the same and with no regard to fiscal policy they powered ahead with reckless spending. Canadians now are facing the higest inflation & interest rates in decades. Many are skipping meals, many can barely afford their roof over their head, many will not when their mortgage & rent comes to renewal. Majority can't afford to buy a home. Canadians faced devastating financial hardship 3 out of the last 4 years. Meanwhile the government is spending $71k on limo rides, jetting around the world & Canada with champagne photo ops, sending billions of dollars overseas and patting themselves on the back that 11 millions people needed and qualified for a few dollars in aid to eat. If you don't understand why people are mad, why Justin Trudeau is being met with boos, FUs and being called a pathetic puke then you don't understand what Canadians are dealing with and what is going on in Canada.

You can't be even pretending to be a public servant if you don't care at all to how you spend tax payer dollars. How is it possible to spend $71k on limos in 4 days? That's $740 an hour for every hour of the 4 days. At no point there was not even pause to think of the costs. Absurd.

@APGExtension Peas and canola are looking good so far. Mainly because cereal stubble held more snow and had more insulation from evaporation. Wheat and barley are in flower and about 8-12 inches high. Wheat on pea stubble is the worst because of low snow retention. No snow no crop this year.

@WheatlanderJay Moderately low (yellow in map 1) was 8-14” wheat and barley headed out and some fields of canola that were >70% bare according to my travels. That’s a whole lot of crop that will be well below average if not 30% below average. What does it look like in your area? #drought23

@SKweedgeek I hope it’s as simple as that but this government has shown it’s no friend to Can agriculture and it will sacrifice almost anything in the name of climate change.

@WheatlanderJay Jay ECCC is not taking over pesticide registration, regardless of what is in the WP. Other federal departments have always been involved with providing input into the registration process. ECCC has simply been tasked with collecting additional data for cyclical reviews.

@Breckafarms Just like carbon pricing is not a tax. They will say one thing and do another. Also they aren’t trying to figure out a mandatory policy framework to reduce fertilizer use.
